You receive a placement mockup and an exact quote by email. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Embroidery and delivery
Post the garments to us and mark the parcel with the quote reference number. We confirm when they have arrived. Finished items are returned by post anywhere in Finland.

Names in a stock font need no digitizing. That is the only price difference between a name and a logo.

Your own garments
Garments must be new or freshly washed and suitable for embroidery. If a garment supplied by the customer is damaged during embroidery, we compensate up to 30 € per garment or replace it with an equivalent blank. For a first run we recommend sending one spare garment.
Prices apply to the customer's own garments. One placement, up to about 8 000 stitches: 1 to 9 pcs 14 € + VAT (17.57 €), 10 to 49 pcs 10 € + VAT (12.55 €), 50+ pcs by quote. One-time logo digitizing from 39 € + VAT (48.95 €), test sew-out included. Names in a stock font need no digitizing. Minimum order 25 € incl. VAT. Return shipping 9.90 €, free on orders over 200 €. Neula Works is Kasvuvoima Oy's new embroidery service. The first orders are made as sample jobs and priced accordingly. You get an honest assessment of what in your logo works in thread and what doesn't.

Frequently asked questions
What we're asked most before a quote.
Can any logo be embroidered?
Not always. Very thin lines, small text and gradients don't reproduce in thread. With the mockup we tell you what to simplify, before you pay anything.
Do I have to supply the garments?
Prices are calculated for the customer's own garments. Post them to us and we return the finished items the same way.
What is the minimum order?
A single garment is fine. The minimum order is 25 € incl. VAT. Team pricing starts at 10 pieces.
What format should the logo be in?
Vector (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) if possible. A clear PNG is enough for an assessment.
How fast will I get the products?
Turnaround is agreed in the quote and starts when the garments have arrived. We post anywhere in Finland. Rush delivery is available at +30 %.
What does shipping cost?
You send the garments to us at your own cost. Return shipping is 9.90 € incl. VAT per order and free when the order exceeds 200 € incl. VAT.
What if my garment gets damaged?
We compensate a garment damaged during embroidery up to 30 € per garment or with a replacement blank. We recommend one spare garment for a first run.
Do you serve all of Finland?
Yes. Everything happens by email and post, with no visits or meetings.
What are the limits of embroidery?
A chest logo is usually 6–10 cm wide, on a cap about 10 cm at most. Text height at least 5 mm. Thread colours are matched to the nearest standard shade. Very thin fabrics, hard shell fabrics and gradients are not suitable. We point out the limits with the mockup.
How do I care for an embroidered garment?
Wash inside out at 40 degrees or below, no bleach, iron on the reverse. If there is a manufacturing fault in the stitching, we fix it free of charge.
