2. What data we process
The details you provide in the quote form:
- name, company or association, email and phone number
- selected service, quantity and project description
- a logo file, if you attach one
We collect nothing else. The site uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking.
3. Purpose of processing
Responding to your quote request: preparing a placement mockup and a price estimate, and handling communication related to the order.
4. Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
5. Retention
Quote request data is kept for [12 months] from the last contact. If the quote leads to an order, the order data is kept for as long as the Accounting Act requires. Digitised embroidery files and logos are kept for reorders until you ask us to delete them.
6. Recipients and location
Form submissions are received on a server administered by Kasvuvoima Oy and provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (data centre in Finland), and forwarded by email for handling. Email is delivered by [email provider and location]. These providers process the data on our behalf under contract. Data is not disclosed to other third parties or transferred outside the EU or EEA.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- request rectification or erasure of your data
- request restriction of processing or object to processing
- have your data transferred to another controller
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman
